Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Free AI visibility check: the website domain you enter, the results of the check, and your IP address.
• Accounts: your email address, a one-way hash of your password (we never store the password itself), and the brands, competitors and questions you set up, together with your scan results.
• Sign-in security: the email address used in failed sign-in attempts.
• Cookies: a sign-in session cookie and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

• To run the checks and scans you request and show you the results.
• To limit free usage and protect the service from abuse (this is what your IP address and failed sign-in records are used for).
• To operate your account and contact you about it.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

To deliver GeoPulse we share data with providers who process it on our behalf:

• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database).
• Stripe (payments), if you subscribe to Pro. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• AI engines — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Perplexity — and SerpAPI. We send them questions about the brand or domain being checked, not your email address or IP address.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.

These providers may process data outside Singapore, including in the United States. Where we transfer data abroad, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

4. How long we keep it

• Free check results: kept for 1 day, then removed by a daily cleanup — so deleted within 2 days at most.
• To avoid repeating the same AI queries, we keep the AI answers for a checked domain (without any IP address or other personal data) for 7 days and reuse them if the same domain is checked again.
• IP address and domain records used to limit free usage: removed by the same daily cleanup once they are 12 months old.
• Failed sign-in records: deleted within 2 days at most (same daily cleanup); a successful sign-in clears them immediately.
• Account data: for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@chinalegalhub.com. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you also have the rights given to you by the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is completely secure, so please use a unique password.

7. Children

GeoPulse is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
