Terms of Use

1. What GeoPulse does

GeoPulse checks how AI search engines answer questions related to a brand or website, and whether a website is technically accessible to AI crawlers. Results are produced by third-party AI engines that we do not control. Their answers change over time and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Not professional advice

Results and suggestions are for general information only. They are not legal, marketing or business advice, and no lawyer–client or other professional relationship is formed by using GeoPulse.

3. Free use and limits

The free check and free accounts are subject to usage limits, which we may change at any time. Do not try to get around them.

GeoPulse Pro is a paid monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid month. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use automated means to send requests, or overload or interfere with the service;
• probe, scan or test the security of GeoPulse or other systems through it;
• use GeoPulse for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• resell or provide access to GeoPulse to others without our written consent.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Your account and content

Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You keep the rights to the information you add (brands, competitors, questions) and give us permission to use it to run the service for you.

6. Our service

GeoPulse is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may change or discontinue features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with GeoPulse is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or SGD 100 if you have not paid us anything.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
