Refund Policy

1. Billing

GeoPulse Pro is billed monthly in US dollars. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

3. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded, including partly used months. Cancelling stops the next charge.

Two exceptions:

• First payment only: if you ask within 7 days of paying and haven't run a full report, we refund it less a US$5 administration fee.
• If you were charged twice or charged in error, we refund the extra charge in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
